ABOUT

I’m an independent director, cinematographer and editor drawn to extraordinary human stories — from extreme environments and ocean conservation to elite performance and global brands.

Based in the Alps, I create cinematic films for organisations, brands and individuals pushing boundaries, exploring the people, challenges and ideas behind ambitious projects.

My recent work has taken me around the world documenting stories of innovation, adventure and environmental action. Through my ongoing collaboration with The Ocean Cleanup, I have filmed both offshore missions and river projects, following the teams and technology working to tackle the global plastic crisis.

Most recently, I joined The Ocean Cleanup’s rivers team in Indonesia, documenting their 30 Cities Program — a pioneering initiative scaling Interceptor™ solutions across key cities in Asia and the Americas to stop plastic reaching the ocean at its source. Being there offered a unique perspective on the scale of the challenge, the communities affected, and the ingenuity behind the solutions.

Other recent projects include documenting an innovative seaweed farming project in the Faroe Islands, an entrepreneurial upcycling youth incubator programme with the British Council in Cape Town, and the Red Bull X-Alps Challenger in Austria — following elite athletes through an extreme alpine environment where endurance, strategy and human performance collide.

After graduating from Central Saint Martins in London in 2004, I moved to Sydney where I spent over a decade directing, shooting and editing films around the world for brands including H&M, UNIQLO, Cartier, Qantas, Canon, Vodafone, Tourism Australia and Jack Daniel’s, working alongside agencies such as Leo Burnett, Droga5, M&C Saatchi and Publicis Mojo.

I also developed a strong background in large-scale events and experiential storytelling through my work with RIZER, creating films for international events and brands including Bulgari, Range Rover, Cartier, Ernst & Young and the London 2012 Olympics.

Working as a director-shooter-editor allows me to stay close to the story from the first idea through to the final frame. I’m drawn to projects where creativity, purpose and human ambition intersect — whether in sustainability, adventure, sport, innovation or responsible business.
